We at PRONOVIAS GROUP, Global leader in the Bridal industry, are currently looking for a professional and talented Credit Collection Manager to join our Team in our hub in Centallo (Italy). Functions:

Control the companies risk in receivables while maximizing sales.
Managing a team of 2 people.
Control, claims, and monitoring of accounts receivable, both credit customers and prepaid customers.
Review of credit limits according to the company's credit policies and customer history.
Coordination and resolution of incidents with the departments involved (Customer Service, logistics, sales, etc.).
Management of the portfolio of held orders.
Cash allocation.
Secure and execute billing.
Opening and maintenance of customer accounts in the system.
Preparation of assigned market reporting.
Contact with sales representatives.



Requisitos mínimos

  • Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Business Administration;

  • At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position within the fashion industry;

  • Italian MT, Good command of English, both spoken and written;

  • Hands-on mentality and a proactive attitude to work;

  • Works in a client- and solution-oriented way;

  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package;

  • Team player; enthusiastic, accurate, commercially oriented, service-oriented, and skilled in making contacts are all qualities requested.
