Job requirements Responsibilities for Sales Operations Manager Track long term sales data Implement new technologies as needed to support account and sales teams Serve as a liaison between teams and upper management Assist marketing teams in determining customer outreach methods Monitor and assist with customer retention Train staff on new technology and software (e.g. Hubspot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator…) Assist Sales team with Pricing analysis and requests Benchmarking of our solutions with competition Possibly, organize the tender desk Evolution to team management You have: Strong analytical skills Ability to perform advanced computing functions Familiarity with databases and sales software Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Access and Excel Ability to problem solve Ability to work independently Background in Consulting or MBA preferred Today, more than 20 million people around the world buy through our stores.
