Product Analyst, Madrid

At Acertto we are selecting for a Product Analyst to join the team at an important international telecommunications company who provide the highest quality services to the global financial markets.

The company was founded in the USA and is active all across the world. The successful candidate will join our client´s Madrid office.

*ABOUT THE ROLE*

This is a hybrid role (2-3 days per week in the office).

You will:

* Perform analysis of data
* Communicate with stakeholders to produce reports on product deliverables
* Assist in the drawing of business goals and needs
* Drive product-led implementation process improvements
* Understand market/sales/customer needs, aligning necessary business decisions based on capacity and priorities
* Establish and implement data gathering and analysis techniques
* Perform gap analysis

* Previous experience writing and analysing business and system requirement documents
* Experience with SaaS software testing strategies
* Demonstrable history of recommending and implementing process improvements
* Proficient in MS Office Suit, MS-Visio and web technologies
* Excellent communication and problem solving skills
* Detail orientated and self-motivated
* A stragegic thinker
* Time management skills
* Bachelor´s Degree in Mathematics, Business, Marketing, Computer Science or similar
* High level of spoken and written English is a must
