The Microsoft Stores have become one of the largest worldwide retailers of Microsoft products and is poised for significant growth in the next five years. To fuel our continued growth in Spain and Portugal, we are seeking an exceptional leader to drive revenue and share growth, to deliver on profitability of Stores across software services and hardware devices, and achieve high Net Promotor Scores with outstanding work on customer experience and journey. As the leader for the Iberia Digital Stores (Spain and Portugal), you will drive orchestration across teams (planning, buyers, site merchandisers, customer services, demand generation, engineering) to achieve execution excellence and growth for the Regional Digital Stores.


ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


- For Spain and Portugal, deliver business goals against revenue, unit, margin and customer satisfaction targets in all consumer and commercial audience segments including Small-Medium business by developing end-to-end sales and marketing plans that align to global launches and local seasonal beats. Coordinate plans with Store Demand Generation Leads, CRM, Go-To-Market Lead, Commercial Lead, local Product Marketing Groups and Segment marketers; establish and track Key Performance Indicators for paid & non-paid tactics.
- Drive growth through development of new business ideas and help launch and scale pilot programs.
- Be the Voice of Customers to advocate for improvements and issues impacting Digital Stores sales. Serve as liaison between Microsoft Subsidiaries, Corporate and local Store teams to build mutually beneficial relationships. Collaborate with Customer Service and Support to monitor and optimize performance across the assisted CSS channel against revenue, margin and customer satisfaction (net promoter score) goals.
- Partner with EMEA Buyer, Planner teams to create and package offers and compelling experiences and services for each core customer segment across consumer and commercial lines of business. Synchronize product roadmaps, sales forecasts and inventory allocations.
- Partner with internal Store team to develop business requirements and prioritize features/requests to deliver business goals.
- Develop deep business and customer insights based on triangulation of data across our sales and marketing touchpoints, web reporting data and end-customer research & feedback. Share insights with key stakeholders of the Microsoft Stores team to influence product and sales strategies.
