Industrial Manufacturing Company which is involved in a transformation project.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Director the selected candidate will be in charge of:
- Developing Master Production Plans (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function. Inputs are demand data and network constraints in terms of a model that defines capacity and dependencies between different processes.
-Results in a common supply chain plan regarding production, distribution, inventory, procurement
and materials requirements.
- Reviewing historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results. Uses data on products and material in aggregated product groups.
- Developing plans to optimize the mid-term supply chain model, production, inventory, and distribution among group
factories.
-Coordinating cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions.

The successful candidate must have a Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or an Engineering degree. Would be desirable a Supply Chain Master degree ,as well.
You should have at least a min 3-5 years experience in these related functions:
Excellent Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Excel (Solver),
-Expert knowledge in forecasting demand /logistics procurement and manufacturing processes and technologies.
-Demonstrated proficiency in statistics, forecasting and forecasting methods with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts
-Expert proficiency in leading complex situation.
-Proficiency in communications and stakeholder management across career levels and geographies.
-Advanced proficiency in Data analysis.
-Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
-Good facilitation skills are require
-Fluent in English and spanish.
