Your role involves maintaining brand identity, collaborating on quality integration, and strategically analyzing markets. Additionally, you will oversee guest relations and play a key role in audits and project moderation.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain the brand identity, ensuring consistent and positive representation across all channels
* Participate in the development of new products and services, ensuring alignment with the brand image
* Maintain and update brand quality standards and procedures
* Oversee and implement strategies to ensure the quality of products and services aligns with brand standards
* Collaborate with internal teams to integrate quality standards across all aspects of the business
* Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for improving brand quality and perception
* Support in the coordination of the Guest Relations Team and customer Feedback
* Analyze and ensuring effective follow-up on customer feedback and claims in accordance with Apollo guidelines, implementing necessary improvements
* Coordinate efforts with other departments to ensure a comprehensive response to guests' needs
* Lead the preparation and execution of internal and external quality and brand audits in all protfolio projects, ensuring adherence to established standards by TravelLife
* Coordinate and execute marketing and communication initiatives that reinforce our reputation

Requisitos mínimos

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
* Proven experience of at least 3 years in brand management and quality control
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Strong analytical skills
* Proficient in hospitality industry standards and trends
* Leadership and team management skills
* Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across departments
* Customer-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and expectations
* Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
* Strong attention to detail
* Availability to travel for industry events such as fairs and conferences
* Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
