Your work-life opportunity:

The core function of CMI is to understand who our current & potential consumers are as well as their main needs and motivations to define the right strategy to attract and retain them. This individual will execute quantitative analysis to directly support the Global CMI function, besides, will also integrate market research results by combining internal and external data to inform many of the organization's key marketing and growth projects. The CMI team is growing, and this rock star will be part of a high performing team reporting to the Global Head of CMI.

Be a part of a team where you will:


- You will lead end-to-end quantitative market research analysis by integrating different sources of information i.e Brand Equity Tracker, Concept and Ad Pre and Post Testing, Barriers and Triggers and provide meaningful insights to the teams
- You will help build internal online panels and develop comprehensive presentations to report key insights across the organization
- You will integrate and execute cross tab analysis and develop excel tables and dashboards to deploy data in a comprehensive and visual manner
- You will manipulate and report consumer information from internal & external sources


You have:


- A minimum of 3-4 years in quantitative research roles, with proven experience in quantitative methodologies (Brand Tracker, Segmentation, U&A, Comms Testing, Consumer Panels) preferably in FMCG companies or in both, client and research institutes
- Experience in analysing consumer databases & reporting i.e. Nielsen, Kantar Panel, Brand Tracker
- Solid experience in developing questionnaires and and using programming questionnaires tools (Typeform, Toluna, Survey Monkey, SurveyGyzmo etc.)
- Data driven and analytical proficiency
- Comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges
- Strong track record of leading quantitative market research projects from scratch and working with marketing teams to implement learnings
- Passion for identifying consumer needs and insights
- Ability to clearly, concisely, and persuasively communicate research findings to company stakeholders
- The drive to explore and define research opportunities throughout the company
- Proven track record of managing relationships with research institutes, delivering feedback and working under tight timelines.
- Proficient in English and Spanish.
