Job Description: We are seeking an HR Payroll, Compens & Benefits Specialist to join one of our top clients in the insurance sector. This role reports to the Human Resources Manager Iberia. The purpose of the role is to gain a good overview of the HR function by assisting the HR Manager in providing effective support in all HR admin and operational areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll process:

- In charge of processing employee payroll accurately and on time through the platform CELERGO from ADP.
- Maintain payroll records: maintain accurate an up-to date records of employee information details.
- Compliance with law and regulation.
- Resolve payroll issues: address any issues or discrepancies related to employee payroll. Investigate and solve payroll errors, respond to employee inquiries about their pay, and handle other payroll-related concerns.
- Support audits: assist audits by providing required documentation and reconciling records.
- Daily contact with the payroll provider regarding current employees, monthly salary changes, hires and leavers, paid and unpaid leaves.

Social Benefits administration:
- Provide support to manage Life & Medical insurance, lunch allowance, flexible compensation, company car, pension plan, equity programs, stock purchase plan for employees and providers invoicing. Provide support to the HR team to increase employees awareness.
-Administer enrollment, handle communications, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

HR Systems and Processes:
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure compensation data is accurately maintained in HRIS systems.
- Deal with the HRIS center of expertise in the UK to create report or solve incident data.

Onboarding process:
- Provide adequate support for new hires working closely with IT and managers.
- Provide orientation and guide on HR process, policies, and benefits enrolment.

HR support:
- Participate in implementation of new HR initiatives; work with the HR Mgr providing advice and guidance to employees on the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- Complementary courses on HR operational matters is a plus
- Fluent Spanish and proficiency in English is required.
- Good knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Preferably experience on managing Celergo platform of ADP payroll provider.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR administration in a Multinational company.
- Demonstrable experience working with payroll and benefits administration.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude.
