Position Summary:

They are looking for a Customer Success Specialist.

You will work within our Customer Success department ensuring that we fulfill our brand promise of putting the customer first. You will be responsible for a portfolio of luxury properties and ensure that both owners and tenants have the best experience possible. You will be in a fast-paced environment; you are not scared to jump in on essential work for clients, being hands on and having the knowledge to fix basic issues.

More specifically, these will be your responsibilities:


* Be the ongoing point of contact for our rental customers and owners
* Work directly with owners and tenants to ensure that all expectations are understood and met
* Manage relationships with third party vendors to overcome any issues faced with the properties.
* Help our customers by explaining and promoting the various complimentary services available to improve their rental experience
* Strong focus on accounting, ensure all services are tracked and provided to internal finance team for invoicing
* Manage specific tasks such as, check-in and check-out, purchases, invoices, monthly client updates, and more.
* Be ready to be on the move! Perform daily trips from one property to another in different parts of Barcelona
* Evaluate contractor's performance quality through our internal KPIs system
* Manage our new internal property management system: keep it up to date, including further information, and upload new clients and properties.

Requisitos mínimos
Who you are:

* You have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
* Must be a self-starter, self-disciplined, and highly organized.
* Must possess a strong work ethic, be team-oriented, and be highly dependable.
* Experience in multitasking in handling administrative tasks.
* Mindset: Solution-oriented (you don't take no for an answer), accountable, adaptable, curious, customer-centric, and have a sense of urgency.
* Competence required in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
* Out-of-the-box thinker and not shy to dare.
* Outgoing personality and flexibility to jump outside their competencies when needed.
* You are a strong team player and collaborator.
* Fluent in English and proficient in Spanish is a must. Other langu
