The AWWG International Internship & Graduate program is an opportunity to start learning and growing with us as you will work on some of the most exciting and challenging projects our industry has to offer. This is a one-year program, with the possibility of joining the company after that period and enjoying our complete 3-year development plan.

The project!

You will help manage the operational excellence in all interior design projects. With your work, the team will bring prototypes and materials to life, ensuring process efficiency, operational excellence and cost management, as well as overseeing installation in stores, showrooms and events.

The focus will be to elevate Full Price and Wholesale, while keeping consistency on Outlets and share best practices.

What will the role entail?

• Help develop Processes and Ops guidelines for all brands including and not exclusive to Windows, In store, Showroom & Events.
• Develop Props, POS communication holders, In store journey moments and any additional element to enhance the environments that any costumer needs.
• Support the set up of production and processes in the most efficient way, both from a cost and creative point of view.
• Be aware of budgets, implementations and timings to support the execution to be flawless, elevated & on time.
• Check implementations across regions and facilitate feedback.
• Work collaboratively with Marketing, Store Development, Sourcing, Buying, Sales and external suppliers.

1.Diseño de productos adaptados a grandes colectivos y affinities (principalmente segmentos de Fabricantes de Automocion-OEMs, movilidad y nueva movilidad personal)

2.Diseño de precios y control de resultado. Gestion de cartera.

3.Fijar Best in class procesos y estructuras en la gestión de las operaciones junto con IT. No solo diseñar el producto sino las distintas interacciones en emisión, renovación.

4.Simplificar procesos de Quote&Buy para el cliente, maximizando la tasa de conversión así como la retención de la cartera.

5.Asegurar competitividad en el mercado, incluyendo la prospección, análisis de benchmark y comparación con otros productos del mercado. Asegurar que la compañía y el área estén al día de las oportunidades y cambios de mercado.

6.Establecimiento de protocolo de actuación con AZ Partners para construir oferta integrando sus servicios y/o productos

7.Preparación de Business Cases en colaboración con Finanzas (cuando corresponda)

The Electronics Purchasing Buyer builds strong working relationships with our suppliers to assure cost, quality and delivery targets, to achieve maximum advantage to our company and our customers.

Our client, is a fast moving, dynamic environment where flexibility and adaptability are key attributes needed for success. The successful candidate will be a self-starter; motivated with senior sourcing expertise.This role will report to our Electronics Purchasing Manager, supporting at same time to our Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain teams, providing our client with optimal supply assurance, price, flexibility, quality and delivery targets and performance.

• Build relationships with manufacturers and strategic partners, in order to convince and motivate the best of them to prioritize our client.
• Ensures NDA, and Master Purchase Agreement in place before business is initiated.
• Owner of RFI's, RFP's and RFQ's - ensuring all commercial terms are agreed and documented.
• Identify potential suppliers, analyze supplier capabilities, select suppliers, and determine prices, terms, and conditions of agreements.
• Find suppliers that can integrate new technologies into our industry in order to increase our performance, reduce cost or improve sustainability.
• Drive price negotiations to ensure that our pricing is Best in Class.
• Drive continual cost reduction activities.
• Reduced delivery time for critical parts, components, and subassemblies
• Minimize stock value, but never be out of stock.
• Identify supplier consolidation opportunities that will generate savings.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance, including dispute resolution.
• Monitor current category market conditions, technology roadmaps and identify supply/demand challenges & opportunities.
• Create competitive environments with suppliers to support a negotiation strategy.
• Lead the vendor selection process with engineering teams.
• Work closely and collaboratively with Stark Future other departments as Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Production Engineering, and Production.
• Work with the organization to work under the Lean Manufacturing Philosoph.
• Collaboration in the management of the supply chain at all times (presenting the Just in time philosophy).
• Always be on top of emails and calls, never letting our partners wait on us more than a few hours.
• Be a leader figure within the company, we believe in leading by example.
