Business control; supporting the business with (profitability) analysis, financial reports and business information.
Maintain and improve costing system.
Ensure timely preparation of group reporting including analysis as input for Plant Manager and OE division controller. Directly responsible for reporting, planning, analysis
Responsible for budgeting, forecasting and Business Planning for the entity.
Cash-flow management for the entity.
Business partnering with the functional leaders of the plant.

Requisitos mínimos
University degree in economics or accounting, MBA, ACCA or similar
English both spoken and written
Minimum 3 year experience in a production environment, at least 2 in a multinational company
Automotive advantage
Analytical thinking, numeracy skills, Business analysis, planning, scenario approach,
Persistent and result oriented
Communicative
Independent, at the same time able to organize or to be member of ad hoc created teams
IFRS, local accounting standards, Corporate reporting, transfer pricing
MS Office, mainly Excel, Access, Powerpoint
IFS (or SAP/Navision) knowledge
