  • Manage and develop the Growth and market share of the appointed region.


  • Develop relationships with customers and potential customers up to Senior level.


  • On-going management of existing DACH accounts.


  • Sales turnover and Market share growth in DACH whilst maintaining and improving margins and profitability.


  • Maintain close communication with in house customer service and Admin teams via regular reporting and feedback of activities.


  • Creation of customer quotation deal sheets for approval by Finance and Senior management.


    • Responsibility for growing and developing the DACH share with the product ranges.


    • Working closely with external sales staff of distributors, workshops and mechanics as well as internally with the Aftermarket Departments across Europe.


    • Creating weekly/monthly market report and implementing the goals of the company and sharing information with your European colleagues.


    • Analyzing competitors' activities, identifying potential developments and changes in the market.


    • Performing customer training, briefings, technical and commercial advice from dealers and workshops.


    • Presenting the company at trade fairs and events promoting the product portfolio.


    • Supporting the marketing team in optimizing product offering and marketing communications for the local market and constant feedback of information.


    • Communicating area financial sales forecasting on a daily/weekly/Monthly basis.


    • Providing all necessary information and working closely with internal Customer Service and Operations to ensure efficient introduction of new business to customer expectation.


    • Build purposeful relationships up to senior level within aftermarket distributors and buying group organizations.


    • Proactively assist and contribute towards strategy development of the sales division.


    • Help determine both market and new product development for the region.


    • Manage activity in line with distribution and operational functions.


  • Take responsibility for the sales area budget and margin requirements through constant dialogue and instruction from Senior Management.
