Funciones:



Create monthly reports for the whole the Sales process:
Order income & order backlog & Book to bill ratio
Units, turnover & price
Customer & product profitability
Freight costs
Deviation analysis (Volume, price, currency, product mix, etc.)
Analyse sales activities in comparison to strategic targets
Challenge the business partner of the sales department, supporting to reach their targets
Improve & further development of sales master Data
Build-up new proccesses (of steering) and improve existing ones
Build-up new reports and improve existing ones
Support at the closings of the concern (end of year, half year, end of quarter, monthly)
Support in the concern-wide planning processes (Rollings Sales & Service Plan in SAP IBP,FC I, II,
III, Budget and midterm planning)
Help to create a wikipedia for controlling including the documentation of customer contracts,
KPIs, processes, tasks and reports
Calculation of business cases to give guidance and recommendation to management. Point out the financial impact on our companys planning status





Requisitos mínimos

Tu perfil:


Degree Economic, industrial engineering, informatics
Knowledge in controlling, finance, taxes, accounting, coding (VBA, C++, java)
Availibity to travel
English B2/C1
German B1
Microsoft office medium level
ERP systems user level
Coding basic level


Competencies:


SAP CO & BW experiences ideally SAP IBP knowledg
open minded with Can-do attitude

ability to analyse and carry out relevant information or pattern out of big data sources/tables
