Our client is a Valencia-based startup. They have just launched in October 2022, and they have their sights set on rapid growth, hence the need for a driven, passionate recruiter with international scope and a great attitude ready to get stuck in.

We are looking for someone who is above all else a people person, someone who gets their energy from working with other motivated individuals and has a genuine interest in learning about others. The successful candidate will get to join this project from its very foundations, having the opportunity to really make their mark on the direction of the company.

What will you be doing?

* Help design and implement the recruitment strategy
* Own the candidate experience, develop best practices, design and manage job positing, write attractive job descriptions
* Source and screen valid candidates, assessing their relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills and experience
* Conduct interviews using both established and innovative recruitment tools and methods
* Be the face of the company for new recruits
* Help develop recruitment materials and campaigns with inhouse content specialists
* Write job ads, post them on portals, write reports on valid candidates

Requisitos mínimos

* Degree in a related field
* 1+ years of experience in related field, preferably in an agency or startup environment
* High level of English (other languages are a plus!)
* Hands on experience with the various selection processes, particularly the sourcing of candidates via LinkedIn
* Knowledge of different interview techniques
* Think outside the box to attract new talent and contribute to making a great place to work!
