-Experience at the real estate industry: investment fund, advisory, with a high logistic market knowledge.
-Solid commercial understanding of budgets, resource management and key levers for profitability.
-Experience in successfully leading and motivating teams.
-Candidate should have an existing network of the sector professionals and partners within the new market to facilitate business growth.
-Strong English and Spanish language skills.
