Customer service/Orders tracking (Dutch+Spanish)

We are looking for Customer service agents with native or C1-C2 level of Dutch + Spanish for an important company.

As a Customer service agent, you will take care of customers requests and tracking orders, resolution of queries and/or incidents through different channels: telephone, email, chat, RRSS.

Information on order follow-up and telephone assistance regarding inquiries about the product, follow-up the customer until the sale is closed.

WHAT WE OFFER

- 40h/week contract, with fixed working hours.

- Shift : from Monday to Thrusday 09h00am - 18h00pm / Fridays from 09h00am - 17h00pm

Requirements

- Native level of Dutch or C1-C2 level and Spanish.

- Experience within Customer service's sector + order's tracking of at least one year is desired and it´s a plus.

- Organised person with ability to transmit the brand's value and good communicator.
