CORPORATE COMMUNICATION SUPERVISOR

•Using IT systems to manage stock levels, delivery times and transport costs
•Using associated information systems to coordinate and control the order cycle
•Using data from IT systems to evaluate performance and quality and to plan improvements
•Working in coordination with port staff to plan routes
•Allocating and managing staff resources according to changing needs
•Liaising and negotiating with customers and suppliers
•Developing business by gaining new contracts, analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions
•Understanding, working and possibly helping to develop e-commerce
•Developing work schedules in various departments to ensure work is completes on time
•Troubleshooting to make sure a project or process remains on schedule
•Improving and developing performance within the constraints of legislations, fuel costs and rising environmental pressures
•Implementing health and safety procedures
•Planning vehicle routes

•Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Journalism, Public Relations, Business Administration…)
•Proven experience in communications experience, preferably in public relations agency or in-house corporate communications department
•Proven experience in creating contents
•Excellent understanding of best practice and digital communications
•IT Literacy
•Knowledge of MS Office
•English is a MUST
•Spanish is a MUST
•Master’s degree is desirable
