B&B Manager

An exciting StartUp based in Valencia is looking for a Bed & Breakfast Manager to run their charming, six-room hotel, situated in the heart of the city.

Our client is a fast-growing StartUp with strong financial backing, they are specialised in providing a high-quality co-living experience for young professionals. The hotel which you will be responsible for is one of our client´s many exciting assets in the city. With this role comes plenty of potential for growth, both personal and professional, in a fantastic environment.

You will join a small, international and very friendly team, and have the opportunity to be involved in weekly events and teambuildings with other like-minded individuals.


*RESPONSIBILITIES*

- Responsible for all guest-orientated tasks (check-ins, check-outs, reservations, communicating with guests, providing 5-star service at all times, handling payments, managing reviews).

- Staff management (one employee and a couple of temporary staff).

- Managing the maintenance of hotel facilities (repairs, purchasing supplies).

- Revenue management (manage room-rates by season).

- Financial tasks (invoicing partners, preparing accounts).

- Actively involved in the improving of the hotel for the future, creating new services to offer guests, ideas to improve the image, suggestions for future direction.

High level of English and Spanish

Some experience in the Hotel Industry

Available to work full-time with a flexible schedule
