Asset Manager

• Reporting to the financial institution and Fund.|Communication with existing / potencial tenants

As a part of your job description, your responsibilities will include:

• Responsibility of existing or developing industrial portfolio


• Negotiation of the new leases or be part of negotiation process


• Communication with existing / potencial tenants


• Reporting to the financial institution and Fund


• Creation and management of the financial budget of the projects (SPV / CAPEX / OPEX)


• Managing of completed projects via external property management company


• Responsibility for increasing portfolio quality and competitivenes.

• Develop & implement new ESG approaches


• Negotiations with service suppliers and authorities


• Cooperation with the asset management team in Prague


• Cooperation with the finance department in securing bank financing


• Creation of reports and business contracts


• Searching for and processing information from public sources


• Cooperation with other departments

• Economic Degree preferable


• Knowledge of Industrial Real Estate Market is essential


• Experience in Asset Management


• Basic Knowledge of the law, especially in the field of construction law is an advantage


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


• Responsible approach to tasks

• Work quickly and efficiently, even in stressful situations


• Ability to learn and work independently


• English on professional level


• Computer skills (MS Office)


• Willingness to travel, B driving license is necessary
