Do you speak English? Are you interested in a full-time job located in “El Vallés”? Do you have previous experience in master data managment? Then this is your chance to work in a multinational organisation with a positive working environment!

Key responsibilities will be to:
- Creation of Master Data: Creation of Supplier and Customer Data for all BU's including Inter Company: be critical and analyze the maintenance requests for correctness before executing
- Audit and Maintenance of Master Data: Regular audit of Supplier/Customer and Item data for all BU's including Inter-Company. Correction of supplier and customer data while providing feedback to engineering and supply chain teams about Item Data. Creation of smart reports to easily perform the audit
- Help out for other business processes like receiving, picking where SOD can be problematic for the Businesses. Keep an eye on inboxes where errors are reported so that the business can pick up on it
- Master Data Processes and Training. Create training document for the rest of the organization, organize training sessions and provide training to different stakeholders who are responsible of creating or maintaining data
- Collaboration: Collaborate with BA Teams, International MDM teams and Finance to improve quality of data and to provide better service towards the Business Units.

What we offer you:
-A permanent full-time job of 40 hours per week
-WFH policy to be applied; after 3 months of trial period
-Schedule: 8 – 17h (1h flexibility), from Monday to Thursday. Short shift on Friday, from 8 to 15h.
-Salary: 23.000 – 25.000 EURO per year

Requisitos mínimos
- Bachelor degree or 1-2 years of experience in a job which requires analytical skills
- Accuracy and efficiency are extremely important: provide high level data quality in a timely manner
- Service oriented- Interested in the business processes relating to customer service
- Communication, administration, analytical skills, savviness in ERP and other tools (Ex: Excel)
- A good capacity to identify priorities to coordinate multiple tasks and requests within the deadlines
- Working in a complex and fast-pace environment with many international and internal stakeholders
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) is a must. Any other language is an asset
- Knowledge of Oracle R12 is an advantage. Onsite training will be provided.
