As a Quality and Innovation Lead, you will Coordinate Innovation in the plant. Develop, implement and continuously improve on quality programs and KPI’s for plant. Ensure compliance to all regulatory requirements
 
HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Plant food review plan and schedule
Plant quality action review process and associated action management
Adherence to global policies and procedures
Develops and maintains detailed quality procedures. Audits against the consistent application and execution.
Ensures end to end traceability through plant specific programs and procedures
Maintaining GFSI accreditation
Manages the plant quality management system (document control, record retention)
Set the direction of quality improvement programs and responsible for the execution of relevant programs. Recognize and escalate identified risk or opportunities to improve plant performance.
Internal audit and system verification schedule and adherence to plan. Ensuring RCA and corrective/preventive action management
Analysis and investigation of consumer complaints and quality incidents.
Troubleshoots quality issues to identify deficiencies in programs and/or equipment
Engages the plant leadership team in quality challenges requiring cross functional support. Understands process and functional interdependencies.
Innovation responsible: Oversight of any projects that may impact quality (innovation, renovation)
Management of hold system and food disposition
Develops and implements all quality training for all employees  YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
 
As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in the role, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:

Food Technology, Food Science Engineering or similar background required
Food Science Experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience in QFS activities
Good knowledge about production engineering is desirable
Spoken and written English is required
