• Achieve maximum customer satisfaction by attending to their needs and responding to customer inquiries through the different Social Media.


• Work directly with the Content Social & Social Face team for content creation.


• Search for interesting audiovisual content that adds great value to communication to project the brand on social networks working directly with the Multimedia team.


• Place and leverage the Brand into new platforms for international markets.


• Develop or set a continuous communication flow with the team and help them whenever possible/necessary.


• Adapt global strategy defined by Global SM Strategy Manager to manage social media and increase their brand engagement.
