5* Stars GL Tenerife Hotel state of the art spa & fitness facility is looking for a Spa and Leisure Director.

• Deliver an outstanding leisure club experience for members and hotel guests.


• Creating and carrying out a robust sales & marketing plan.


• Yielding the highest amount of membership revenue in this limited member gym.


• Filling a dynamic spa diary with profitable treatment revenue and residential breaks.


• Develop a sales culture to maximise revenue in all areas.


• Ensure the health and safety of guest and employees in the club is paramount following H&E Guidelines.


• Manage a team, ensuring the workload is managed effectively and that standards of service and operating standards are maintained as per company SOP Manual and taking action to rectify any shortfalls identified.


• Managing the Personal Trainers to ensure guests and members receive personalized gym advise.

• You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of managing a skilled retinue of staff within a 5*GL with Spa and leisure experience with a recognised pool plant qualification.


• Must be highly customer focused with excellent communication skills both face to face, on the telephone & via email.


• Ability to motivate & develop staff members and to work as a team.


• Must be commercially aware, understanding the importance of working within costs & departmental budgets.


• Must be self-driven,passionate and willing to be 'hands-on' when required.
