Key Responsibilities:* Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.

* Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively to meet operational goals and objectives.

* Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate operational teams to achieve their performance targets.

* Quality Control: Establish and monitor quality control standards to ensure product/service excellence.

* Cost Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to reduce operational expenses.

* Process Improvement: Continuously assess and optimize operational processes for maximum efficiency.

* Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success.

Requisitos mínimos

Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

* Proven experience in operations management, with a minimum of 7 years in a leadership role.

* Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
