Content Moderator with Dutch (Thessaloniki)

In Collaboration, we are partnering with a BPO recognized for exceptional employee satisfaction ratings to recruit Dutch-speaking Content Moderators for their office in Thessaloniki, Greece.

Position: Content Moderator

Location: Thessaloniki, Greece

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate content such as videos, news stories, images, political ads, and social media profiles.


• Assess content based on criteria including age-appropriateness, violence levels, sexual content, and political transparency.


• Apply content policies consistently and handle procedures with precision.


• Identify nuanced meanings in digital communication to enforce the client's terms of use effectively.


• Participate actively in employee assistance programs, reporting initiatives, and training to enhance well-being.


• Escalate issues or changes affecting performance through the appropriate channels to maintain KPIs.


• Comply with strict security measures, confidentiality standards, and other project-specific requirements.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch (C1) and English (C1) with excellent grammar and communication skills.


• Previous experience in a BPO/contact center or content moderation role is preferred.


• High tolerance for reviewing sensitive content, which may include disturbing material such as child exploitation, animal abuse, gang violence, hate speech, and more.


• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a focus on empathy.


• High cultural awareness and understanding of the political and social landscape of the supported language region.


• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
