Description of the job

A vacancy for an Account Manager Resource & Develop has arisen within Airbus in San Pablo South (Seville).
The successful applicant will join (HUMAN RESOURCES / HR Expertise).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

Preparing the resource reviews, in close relationship with HRBPs and Competence & Workforce architecture, collecting all inputs and reconcile local and transverse set of action plans through different perspectives (job family, division, country...).
Proposing and promoting the best solutions and feedback the business with adequate actions plan to close the competences gap (risks and opportunities management); drumbeat the action plans deliveries at Division and function level in direct contact with HRBPs.
Ensuring regular exchange with “Resource & Develop Operations” to update them with business priorities and to anticipate risks/difficulties and they build together mitigations actions.
Aligning with Academies team to make sure competences evolution are fed into R&D system.
Building the OP for his perimeter with the support of Competence workforce and architecture and leads external recruitment decisions.
Contributing to specific projects/actions in his business perimeter and/or transversally.
This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

Educated to degree level in Economics, Law, Psychology or Engineering.
At least 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
English and Spanish: negotiation level.
