Main Responsibilities:


- Implement the Employer Branding , Recruitment & Selection Strategy in Spain

- Implementation of Performance & Development Processes & Actions

- Lead the L&D agenda

- Manage Recruitments

- Ensure a competence language at all levels of the organisation

- Support on Talent Management: Attraction, Development & Talent retention Strategy & actions

- Lead the procedure & main actions to increase country engagement

- Build on our client's special culture based on PRIDE

- Coordinate Social Responsibility Actions

- Manage Induction Plans

- OD exercises support

- HR global /regional projects implementation


Main KPI's:
- Engagement Survey Response Rate
- Engagement Score
- Employer of Choice Recognition
- Time & Quality of recruitment
- Performance Process Fulfillment
- % employees with 70/20/10 Plans
- % L&D plan fulfillment
- % Skill Matrix Plans fulfillment
- Succession Plans


The ideal candidate will have experience in L&D areas, having managed:
- Talent Management ; Attraction plans, selection & development plans, designing & implementing career paths & succession plans
- Performance development plans implementation
- Designing & Implementing L&D plans
- Managing strategy & actions to engage the employees of the reorganisation
- Measuring the L&D impacts
- Successful management of OD projects
- Facilitating & delivering training & development sessions and being an expert in coaching others
- Demonstrating excellence in managing projects & budgets efficiency


Good English is a must
