Your mission


You will be part of our dynamic and dedicated customer service team, servicing our wholesale customers worldwide. You will follow up the whole order to cash process of French accounts.



What will the role entail?


  • Order entry & follow up

  • Order book management

  • Orders to cash conversion

  • Responding to French customers queries by telephone or email

  • Responding to sales agents queries by telephone or email

  • Handling customers complaints and returns

  • Liaise with Sales, Logistics and Finance (AR)


Who will you report to? Wholesale B2B Customer Service Manager




Requisitos mínimos

Requirements of the position:



  • Minimun 1 year of experience in similar position, ideally in the Fashion Industry.

  • Native French Speaker. Basic skills in English & Spanish.

  • Advanced MS Excel skills.

  • Experience with SAP is a plus.

  • University degree in Business or similar.
