What will be your goal?
Lead projects and platform evolution of the SAP SD modules with the main goal of customer engagement and project delivery success, without losing focus on continuous platform and sales processes improvement.
What will the role entail?
- Give support to both Wholesale and Ecommerce teams solving daily issues to reach the different deadlines established.
- Prioritize jointly with Wholesale team the change requests and develop, monitor and control them.
- Support the internal Sales & Distribution tools and processes already implemented.
- Ensure and review the correct integration between SAP Sales module and related applications. Maintain and fix applications, perform preventive maintenance activities.
- Wholesale area project management.
- Supervise support vendors in the Wholesale area.
- A key position for issue escalation and resolution.
- Assisting in planning and analysing high-level software strategies and solutions through functional and technical expertise.

Requirements of the position
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role
- English - C1 Level
- Expert knowledge in SAP Sales modules
- SD (SLS, BIL, EDI, SHP, TBA)
- Used to use ticketing (Jira), content management (Confluence) and project management tools.
- Knowledge in SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling) and SAP MM (Material Management) is a plus as a global understanding of business processes.
- Knowledge in EDI integrations
- Project Management Skills.
- Experience in working in complex and international IT environments.
