Your mission


Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently. Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information.



What will the role entail?


HR Administration


  • Process all starters/leavers and contractual changes in HR databases (contract overview/SAP Success Factors). Issue letter of confirmation when needed.

  • Inform Payroll Provider on starters and leavers from the company and other related matters (f.e. sick notes).

  • Liaise with IT department to update on starters/leavers.

  • Prepare all contracts of employment and starter packs.

  • Update/administrate absences and holidays.

  • Process references and other requested documents.

  • Ensure copies of all payroll documentation, contractual changes, and other personnel-related matters are filed timely and correctly;

  • Chase all statutory / company documents to ensure complete files are present for all employees.

Payroll Administration


  • Prepare new starter information, leavers and employee changes on a monthly basis, ensuring that the correct authorization is obtained.

  • Liaise with all involved managers to prepare monthly spreadsheets detailing all overtime and commission payments.

  • Calculate the commission amounts for Retail/Office

  • Calculate bonuses for Retail/Office

  • Liaise with Finance department to process payments.

  • Issue annual and monthly payslips.

  • File all paperwork for audit purposes.

  • Deal with payroll queries.


Reports


  • Send various reports: headcounts SAP Success Factors, staff turnover, holiday and sick leaves.

  • Monitor and follow up on timely receipt of various reports from store managers and HQ.

Requisitos mínimos

Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position

  • Experience with international payroll ( i.e. Italian or Portuguese payroll)

  • Advanced English, any other European languages are a plus, Spanish not mandatory

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
