Company part of a recognized international company, with a presence in 40 countries and 2.000 employees ( FMCG food sector -B2C & B2B-).




  • Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.

  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.

  • Leads solution development efforts that best address end user needs. while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.

  • Interact closely with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Translates the provided report (industry channel KPI's & trends) into concrete & customer-centric action plans.

  • Track main competitors and translate the learnings into a competitive advantage for the group.

  • Optimizes the customer sales opportunities - sparring partner to the sales team.

  • Make recommendations on current and future growth opportunities in terms of volume, value, NPD's and profit by analyzing the channel dynamics and the industry channel customers.

  • Support in securing strong execution of the go to market strategy through clear target setting and follow up.

  • Support the sales team with the required toolkit and by preparing supportive reports/materials/sell in presentations.

  • Ensure commercial plans and marketing activities are based on strong consumer insights and internalizing customer strategies

Requisitos mínimos
  • Language skills: Fluent in Spanish and English

  • Bachelors in Business Administration or equivalent.

  • Experience from working with trends and business analyses in an international FMCG environment or in Strategic Consulting at least for 3-5 years.

  • Proven track record or commercial business analysis anon on me impact on such analysis on commercial business decisions / ways of working.

  • Ability to draw conclusions tor multiple sources of information. Strong analytical thinking.

  • Analytical approach, and ability to work with large amounts of data.

  • Ability to connect other commercial data and consumer/customer understanding to the hard.

  • Independent working style.

  • Ability to organize own work, and to plan ahead, also sometimes work under tight deadlines.

  • Good with people: ability to create relationships and sell the value of own work through influencing others.

  • Good presentation skills and able to give concrete recommendations.

  • Able to challenge through a positive approach ways of working.
