Luxe Talent, an International recruitment agency specialized in Fashion, is currently seeking a professional and dynamic Store Manager for the new opening, of a known Premium Brand in La Roca Village.
Job Description:
As a Store Manager, your main duties will be the following:
- Offer excellent customer service and be the example to follow by your store team.
- Manage and lead a highly goal-oriented team. Including training and motivation of your employees
- Maintain and control all Visual Merchandising aspect, to cover all the excellence requirements of the Brand.
- Organize the team to achieve KPI’s, goals and maximize sales, proposed by the company.
- Analyze data and KPI’s and be able to improve the development of the store and propose action plans.
We are looking for a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager with 2 years of experience in management, and strong background in Fashion.
The perfect profile will have good communication skills and strong leadership personality. Previous experience in fast environments and very strong customer orientation.
It is a must-have a strong orientation to the achievement of objectives and management of stores with KPI's.
Fluent in English and Spanish is compulsory, any other languages will be a plus.
