We are looking for a person to develop the following functions: The goal is attend the requirements from the customers about possible failures of the
systems or spare parts needed. Give them an answer and prepare the materials to be sent.
You will also be the responsible for the warehouse, to have it clean, organizate and complish with the standard propocols of incomes and outcomes of materials.

Manage the purchases with local suppliers
Attend customer queries (telephone, e-mail, face-to-face)
Organize parcel transports and groupages
Maintain warehouse order, cleanliness, and stock control
Sent and receive gods
Prepare quotes for the customers
Place purchase orders with suppliers in the Netherlands
Receive and organize Order Confirmations
Offer technical solutions to customer problems, if necessary make inquiries to the technical service
Organize technical visits and repairs with the team of assemblers
Follow up the maintenance of the vehicles
Generate purchase and sale delivery notes
Carry out small complete projects (design, offer and organization)

Requisitos mínimos
Medium level of Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams- )
Basic knowledge of mechanics (identification of parts, motors, tools ...)
High knowledge of electricity (interpretation of electrical schedules, electrical parts...)
Knowledge transport management (parcels and groupages)
Basic interpretation and elaboration of drawings (autoCAD)
Experience in small repairs and handling of hand tools.
Forklift training certificate
Mid-level English (spoken and written)
