The marketplace is a key pillar of Media Markt strategy to keep on growing in a leading position in consumer electronics through offering a wide selection of products, competitive prices, and a seamless shopping experience.

We are celebrating our third year in the Spanish marketplace, and we are proud of the progress we have made. We have assembled a diverse and talented team of 10 people, implemented robust capabilities and processes, and achieved significant results. However, we are just getting started, and we have even greater ambitions for the future.

In seller support team we support businesses sellers who offer their products through our Media Markt Marketplace. We are looking for a professional with a high driven passion for customers that will help us in customer service and seller technical support.

This role presents an exciting and fulfilling opportunity to work within a dynamic and youthful environment. Your primary objective will be to provide technical and operational support to our seller systems, eliminating obstacles and empowering our sellers to create successful stores on Media Mark

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact during integration and the implementation of new Mirakl versions.
• Assist sellers in seamlessly mapping and integrating their product and offer assortment into our Marketplace
• Stablish local integrator relationship to offer accurate operational support and improve seller experience
• Advances platform and business knowledge to provide robust seller support and respond to technical inquiries regarding the Marketplace, back-office, and other Marketplace tools
• Provide training to sellers on how to use the back-office and other functional tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the international organization (including tech, retail, legal and data).

Tu perfil

• University degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent degree preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service and technical support
• Previous experience with Mirakl would be ideal
• Demonstrates effective communication, problem-solving skills, and professional attitude.
• A great deal of personal initiative and strong hands-on attitude
• Prioritization and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility
• Solution-focused approach and strong Spanish and English skills, both oral and written
• Team player with the ability to collaborate with cross teams
• Enthusiasm and strong self-motivation
