Japan's leading hydraulic system company with a technology widely used in the aeronautical, railway and maritime industries is looking for a Business Planning Analyst to incorporate in one of its branches, in Spain.




Reporting to Business Planning Department Manager the key responsabilities will be:

  • Collect and update relevant data from all concerned departments and functions in the company / plants.

  • Assess the consistency of data to be used in Business Planning.

  • Create projections of P&L for the plants based on gathered data.

  • Prepare in-depth analysis of relevant aspects of P&L

  • Coordination of improvement plans with all concerned functions of the company / plants.

  • Follow up of actual evolution of P&Ls and analysis of deviation from projected data.

  • Prepare reports and act as window-person between Business Planning company management and The Group by delegation from his/her Department Manager.

Requisitos mínimos

The requirements that the selected person must present are the following:

  • University degree in Administration, Business or Economics.

  • Proficient in Spanish/English and Japanese (Business level - spoken and written). Please, refrain from registering to the offer if you do not meet this requirement.

  • Strong knowledge of accountancy regulations and practice (PGCE, IFRS etc…).

  • Advanced excel user.

  • Experience of at least 3 years in an administration, accountancy, business planning or cost analysis position.

  • Good presentation/communication skills.

  • Flexible working timetables necessary.
