  • Qualifying and identifying the key decision-makers, influencers and sponsors in the prospect's organization

  • Capturing all necessary contact information (name, title, phone, email etc.)

  • Qualifying the prospect and affiliated companies

  • Determining the prospect's decision/buying process

  • Handling effective outbound calls to build up a healthy pipeline of leads and deliver consistent results

  • Ensuring accuracy of sales databases by logging all mandatory and optional data in the correct manner in our internal software systems

  • Building a trusted relationship and teaming with the Sales stakeholders

  • Following-up the good progress of the delivered lead/opportunity with the Sales stakeholders

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internally with the sales team and other departments

  • Enter and / or update records from customer calls in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

  • Search and verify new contact lists before entering them in the CRM database

Requisitos mínimos
  • Experience in high level phone communication

  • High energy and results driven

  • Strong organizational skills as well as good time management ability

  • Tech-savvy with a passion for technology with experience in IT industry

  • Native speaker of any of German.

  • Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).

  • Ability to learn quickly and maintain a current, comprehensive knowledge of client's products and services

  • Strong individual contributor as well as a team player

  • Good self-motivator, tenacious and persuasive

  • Team player with a positive attitude
