Handling multinational

This is a hands-on role, focused on customer pricing, commercial development opportunities, analysis of KPIs and
review of financial performance to deliver our strategic & operational business objectives and identification of
improvement measures. Supporting negotiations and other business projects.
The development of strong working relationships with business leaders, finance and commercial and resource
planning teams.
Main accountabilities include
* Actively involved in business development opportunities and identifying new business streams including
commercial pricing models, acquisitions, other investment proposals.
* Ensure there are robust business analysis and due diligence processes for potential mergers, acquisitions and
new business models.
* Lead financial responsibility for customer pricing scenarios
* Ensure service delivery to customer airlines in accordance with airline contracts, and within the agreed budget level.
* Focus on understanding & solving business challenges with practical solutions based upon data insights.
* Monthly review and analysis of station performance, KPIs, identifying risks & opportunities.
* Support wider team and business leaders to ensure performance meets set targets and forecasts.
* Monitor financial performance of key customer accounts, identify gaps, implement actions.
* Support negotiations for: staff agreements, supplier contracts
* Advise and support the regional teams on all other commercial and investment finance matters
* Critically review, initiate and lead system & process improvement projects

Requisitos mínimos

Qualifications and experience
* Qualified accountant with progressive post-qualification experience preferred
* Experience with evaluating and mitigating business and financial risks
* Experience in field of ground handling, aviation, logistics or service industries (in order of preference)
