  • Oversees the daily operations of the Food and Beverage Department.

  • Control and analysis for the optimisation of the quality levels of products and services, the control of operational costs and customer satisfaction.

  • Continually focus on maintaining the culinary experience up to date and within the current trends.

  • Constantly assess Menus and Wine Lists to remain relevant and in line with the brand standards.

  • Implement a cost-focused philosophy through training and education.

  • Manage and train the staff of the Food and Beverage department. Develops training plans for the different jobs of the Food and Beverage Department staff.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain local food and beverage marketing programs for the hotel;

  • Coordinate with the rest of the departments for the different actions / promotions that are developed in the F&B department.

  • Monitor local competitors and industry trends.

  • Management of all aspects related to suppliers and health and hygiene controls set by the company.

  • Participate in the preparation of the hotel's strategic plan, carrying out market analyses in order to set the objectives and make the budgets for the department. Attend and contribute to weekly department meetings.

  • Establish and deliver pre-established financial returns related to revenue generation, profitability and ROIC.

Requisitos mínimos
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field

  • Minimum 4 years experience in management rols within the F&B Department

  • Experience in International Hotel Chains and 5* / 5* Luxury segment properties

  • International experience is highly valued.

  • Fluent in English; Fluent level of Spanish is preferred.
