ABOUT OMNIACCESS:

OmniAccess is an industry leading marine network solutions provider, offering a wide range of products and services with over 15 years of experience within the superyachts, cruise, and scientific research maritime markets.

The company operates global VSAT networks from their own teleports and data-centers located around the world, and as part of the offered end-to-end solutions OmniAccess designs, implements and supports vessels’ onboard Communications, IT Networking and Cybersecurity.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

In close collaboration with the Commercial Director, the role has these following responsibilities:

* Empowers the sales team with online and offline marketing content and campaigns that help drive sales.
* Defines, together with the Commercial Director, the Annual Marketing Plan and required budget.
* Manages the execution of the defined Marketing Plan.
* Creates and designs internal and external marketing material such as brochures, flyers, promos, etc…
* Plans and executes the content strategy to be rolled out on and offline.
* Is responsable for keeping Project costs within the established budgets.
* Leads and executes promotional events for clients, both inhouse or with corporate partners.
* Collaborates with, and manages other professionals involved in brand awareness and marketing. (web designers, creative designers, stand builders, journalists, SEO/SEM Consultants, printers, etc…)
* Plans and executes initiatives to reach the target audience through online channels (social media, e-mailing, website traffic generation).
* Plans and executes the media social media plan with the assistance of Sales & Marketing Support staff.
* Prepares and coordinates yacht and tradeshow assistances with Sales & Marketing Support Staff.
* Is responsible for the Corporate Identity guidelines and company staff adhering to this.
* Regularly benchmarks the competitors marketing approach, strategy and success.
* Builds transversal marketing and communication reports based on campaign performance, sales and CRM analysis to help shape future marketing strategies.
* Updates management and marketing team on weekly status of projects and initiatives.

Requisitos mínimos

* Degree in Marketing or a related field
* Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in design and or marketing with diverse typology of clients and channels in the luxury or yachting industry
* Proficient in the use of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier and other design programs
* Video production knowhow and Wordpress / DIVI are advantageous
* Strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical data
* Ability to think critically and also creatively
* Clear affinity for the brand and product
* Excellent communication skills across all levels
* Already based in Mallorca
