Leading Global Company




Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer International and being member of the international business unit management team the main responsabilities would be:

  • P&L responsible for 2 legal entities of the group, Spain and Greece.

  • Responsible for managing the business units in accordance with the Company's articles, the powers of attorney and proxy matrix issued at any time, and the general guidelines, corporate policies, and instructions issued by the board or group management of the group.

  • Responsible for ensuring that the business units financial accounts are in accordance with laws and regulations, and that the portfolio management is arranged in a satisfactory manner.

  • Responsible for correct and timely reporting, both financial and operational, in accordance with predetermined schedules and format established by the Company.

  • Responsible for conducting all business activities within the BU in compliance with all laws and regulations.

  • Interface in a matrix with group functions such as Finance, R&D, Supply Chain, and HR.



MAIN TASKS

  • Understand customer and market needs

  • Grow the businesses within the region in a profitable and sustainable manner

  • Formulate and implement a regional strategy in accordance with the group's business strategy and objectives.

  • Lead, coach and develop regional staff according to Company values and HSE standards.

  • Develop and implement a culture of operational excellence and high performance.

Requisitos mínimos
  • Higher degree level , Master Degree desirable.

  • Written and verbal fluency of English language,C1-C2 level.

  • Experience in Sales at a strategic level, including horizon scanning to identify and evaluate market opportunities.

  • Experience of target setting and reporting.

  • Budget and Forecast management skills with a focus on value for money/return on investment.

  • Good understanding of Financial Statements (P&L, Balance,...).

  • Experience of planning, prioritising and organising own work and work of other staff on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, whilst ensuring the effective use of resources, delivering to tight deadlines while supporting and developing team members.

  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal), influencing and negotiation skills, required to cooperate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, combined with driven and assertive personality.

  • Experience of leading, managing, motivating, supporting and developing a professional team.
