Luxury Hotel




  • Attract new customers to each hotel and help drive sales across all channels, by promoting brand stories, experiences and products in an innovative way that fits with the overall brand positioning

  • Design and oversee all aspects of digital marketing activity including social, SEO, PPC, mobile marketing and affiliate marketing

  • Oversight and refresh of the hotel websites to ensure they remain highly optimised with a superb user experience and high conversion rates

  • Administer all property social media accounts to ensure up-to-date content (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok & LinkedIn)

  • Work in conjunction with external copywriter/photographer/ radiographer to come up with engaging visual content that consistently sets each resort apart from the mainstream and local context

  • Budget, plan and organise photo shoots for social media purposes across both hotels to get new visual content to promote on Social (this includes menus, rooms, Spa treatments, influencers, etc)

  • Review all customer interactions and messages daily and reply to them within a reasonable time

  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that communication is clear between departments and that there is a flow of information.

  • Attend industry events, webinars, and workshops whenever possible. To be determined on a case-by-case basis. May require travel

Requisitos mínimos
  • A minimum of five year's experience in a brand, digital, or a creative agency.

  • Experience in luxury hotels

  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing digital campaigns, working with a digital

  • Solid knowledge of website analytic tools and the ability to prepare a succinct month end report.

  • Aware of the latest trends and techniques in e commerce
