In a multifunctionalenvironmentyouwill be theinterfaceoftheIberianofficewiththeSouthernEurope sales, marketing andlogisticsservices




The selected person will perform the following functions:

Sales Administrative Duties :

- Attend local retailers show (twice a year)

- Coordination of needed toys samples

- Create and update existing product lines and submission forms with all Iberian customers.

- Build dashboards and help in building sales tools

- Manage trade events organizations

- Occasional international travel may occurAdministrative and Logictic duties :

- Order entry on the company's internal ERP for all Iberian customers

- Invoicing Customers

- Daily administrative management of the office: Mail and invoices management.

- Organization of shipments and follow up of the opened order report

- Interface and logistic coordination with the 2 sister companies in France and in the UK

- Carry out credit checks, query payments & deductions and assist with credit control queries

- Taking phone call. Maintaining diaries and filling

Requisitos mínimos

The selected person must meet the following requirements:

- Given the international exposure of the job, fluent English is essential

- University studies, preferably in Business Management and Administration

- 3-5 years of experience as Sales and Admin Support, preferably in the toy industry.

- After training period in our Internacional office you will quickly become autonomous, thanks to your sense of organization and your rigor.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft office including Excel, Word and Power Point.

- You know how to organize and prioritize your work according to the activity of the company and customer requests.

- You have a keen sense of listening, analyzing and synthesizing information

- You are curious and know how to search, analyze and transmit information
