Result oriented Team Leaders for IT and technology sector

We are looking for 5 proactive Team Leaders for a new international projects. You have experience within lead generation and/or experience with channel concierge activities based on marketing campaigns. Your main task is to inspire and motivate your employees and ensure that efficiency and productivity is high to make sure the team reaches the KPIs. In addition, it is your job that employees continually improve their competencies.

As a Team Leader, you’ll have a professional challenge where your leadership skills will be strengthened and you will be responsible for employee development and coaching of the team. You have sense of business on various levels and geographic markets plus know how to seek out opportunities on new and “present” markets. You have flair for sales presentation and reporting, ability to present and provide business plans for sales leadership teams, and create business intelligence – both for cooperation with and reporting to internal management as well as the client, and client portfolio.

About you:
- Your English is on a business level, both written and verbal
- You have experience of an international working environment or used to deal on b2b level daily
- You have experience with B2B team management and you are result oriented
- You have experience in telemarketing or have a sales background
- You can quickly understand and react on complex issues
- You have strong leadership skills, and know how to use these skills to motivate and develop the team as well, and you are positive and energetic
- You have the ability to understand and develop processes, and give feedback on how to improve
- You have experience in measuring team performance and a high understanding of metrics and KPIs, and must be able to work in Excel
- An advantage if you have experience from IT and technology sector
