• Act as a coach and as a mentor with your team's members in order to work on their autonomy.


• Help manage planning, holiday, objectives, performance


• Communicate on company objectives.


• Provide inputs so the team's work is compliant in terms of design and quality standards with the standards set up by the company.


• Be a point of contact for internal and external audits.


• Be one of the business key partners in order to build a high level roadmap and recruitment plan.


• Be a key stakeholder in the choice of solutions especially in terms of third party solutions but also in the upgrade of these solutions.


• Support the architecture vision of your team in order to help build sustainable and scalable products.

Oportunidades de carrera y desarrollo profesional

• A degree in an analytical field (Math, Engineering, Statistics, IT...).


• Cloud usage experience (AWS preferred).


• Experience in Digital platform management (customer oriented).


• Understanding and vision of web architecture.


• Knowledge around SEO, A/B Testing, web technologies.


• Modern vision of development pipeline.


• Knowledge and practices of an Agile environment.


• Fluent in English
