We are looking for customer support agents to join an important international Tech Company in a project related with the video game industry. Our ideal candidate will be working attending either customer or suppliers queries and providing them all the information they would need.
Requirements:
Native level of German OR Dutch, written and spoken.
High level of English, written and spoken. (not less tha B2)
Previus Customer facing experience (B2B or B2C) is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Goal and results oriented person.
¿What do we offer?
Full-Time position.
Long-term, indefinite contract after the initial contract with TEA.
Fully Remote position after a month of on-site training (Parque Tecnológico de Andalucía).
