Administering employment contract/matters, subcontractors and clients contracts
Registration of contracts and follow through signatures
Assisting and following through legal processes, ensuring document flows, i.e. company establishment, Director changes etc.
Administration, renewal, liaising with Health Insurance company
Updating Professional Indemnity insurance, liaising with the company, obtaining new offers before expiry
Updating insurance database
Processing, administering, following through the processes of obtaining visas for employees
Assisting the CFO in any other legal processes
Liaising with IT in relation to email addresses and any other ad-hoc matters
Administering the corporate Skype account [create new user, allocate balances etc.]
Month-end preparation of financial information and send to the accountant
Other ad-hoc financial and administrative tasks
