Descripción del empleo
  • Drafting client contracts from template (adding in details and SOW as received from sales team), following through client contract signatures, updating client contract status schedule
  • Drafting employee contracts, addendums from template
  • Administering employment contract/matters, subcontractors and clients contracts
  • Registration of contracts and follow through signatures
  • Assisting and following through legal processes, ensuring document flows, i.e. company establishment, Director changes etc.
  • Administration, renewal, liaising with Health Insurance company
  • Updating Professional Indemnity insurance, liaising with the company, obtaining new offers before expiry
  • Updating insurance database
  • Processing, administering, following through the processes of obtaining visas for employees
  • Assisting the CFO in any other legal processes
  • Liaising with IT in relation to email addresses and any other ad-hoc matters
  • Administering the corporate Skype account [create new user, allocate balances etc.]
  • Month-end preparation of financial information and send to the accountant
  • Other ad-hoc financial and administrative tasks
