  • Full client management through a consultative business to business approach with Amazon account - to understand the business, optimise brand investment and grow sales.

  • Work to define KPIs for search & marketing strategies across Amazon.

  • Full client management through AMZ Vendor Central.

  • Work closely with external agencies in order to assure the strategy with Amazon Advertising, including Sponsored Ads and DSP management.

  • Own the individual logistical & commercial critical paths for Amazon customer account, ensuring these are up to date and on track for each project.

  • Forecast sales and returns with logistical and supply chain planning team.

  • Manage the full optimisation of product descriptions, imagery, keyword search terms and reviews.

  • Analyse marketplace trends and competitor activity and highlight opportunities for branded campaigns.

  • Evaluate end-to-end customer experience

  • Work with marketing and sales teams to ensure marketing campaigns are created and broadcast accurately within deadline, including supplying ideas for marketing opportunities with B2B partners

  • Build relationships with the logistical teams from each account to ensure effective communication thought out the channel.

Requisitos mínimos
  • Bachelor's degree in business or similar.

  • At least 4 years' experience with AMZN Account

  • High level of English.

  • Experience and knowledge of platforms such as Vendor Central & Seller Central.

  • Experience and knowledge and management of Amazon Advertising.

  • Ability to analyse and draw actionable insights from qualitative and quantitative research.

  • Understanding of pure players, multi/omnichannel retail, marketplaces, retail ecosystems.
