Technical Support Specialist - plastics sector

• Multinational company located in the north of Madrid (San Agustín de Guadalix). |Do you have experience in plastics industry?

They are an international group of companies and Europe's largest family-owned masterbatch producer. They use innovative additives and inspiring colours to bring life to plastics.

• Assisting local sales team with technical support to achieve sales targets


• Advising sales team of Gabriel-Chemie IB on technical specifications and products


• Regulation conformity and product stewardship


• Attending customer meetings


• Addressing customer's technical inquiries


• Internal and external introduction of established and new developed additive and combination masterbatch


• Products and training regarding mode of action and effectiveness in comparison to competitors products


• Conduct and coordinate the market introduction of new products and product groups


• Innovation projects

• Permanent Contract

• Completed plastics engineering or technical / chemical studies


• Work experience in the plastics sector (2/3 years).


• Experience working with customers


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in an international environment


• B2 Level of English, knowledge of German would be appreciate


• Excellent verbal and written communications
