From Adecco we are now hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a multinational company of great prestige:

Functions:
-Support recruiting activities in EMEA HQ based in Madrid.
-Managing the recuiment cycle end to end, scheduling calls and interviews, maintaining candidate database and handling paperwork,...
Contacting potencial candidates.
Posting jobs in our intranet & LinkedIn.
Scheduling interviews and balancing calendars for interviewers and candidates.
Interviewing potencial candidates.
Following up during the recruitment process.
Updating employee records in DAP (Success Factors).
Take candidates references.

Requirements:
-Previous experience in a Talent Acquisition Specialist role: recruiting and familiarity with hiring practices and stages (all admin processes for screening, interviews, assessment,...)
- Bachelor- s degree in HR, Business or relevant field.
- English - professional working proficiency required.
-Experiencie using social networks for recruiting (i.e. LinkedIn).
-Good communications skills.


What do we offer?
-Contract with Adecco, 6 months with possibility of extension.
-Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00-18:00 (Flexible)
-Work location: Madrid.
