Job responsibilities

• Support on managing and optimizing existing partnerships, tracking key metrics and driving recommendations to improve business growth and user experience


• Support on developing commercial video strategies with partners, and work cross-functionally (eg. Sales, Marketing, PR, Legal, Policy, Product and Engineers.) to ensure plan execution


• Deliver audience development and content strategy workshops to partners to grow their business


• Perform analyses using various tools and data sources to support and/or refine hypotheses, build data-driven recommendations and identify business opportunities


• Day to day support on operations: manage incoming requests, troubleshooting around reporting, content management, creating business plan


• Work with Sales to package partner inventory supporting monetization

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.


• 2-3 years of experience in media, consulting, digital marketing, business intelligence, or similar, including analytical work in a client/partner facing environment.


• Ability to write and speak English and Spanish fluently


• Experience working with Partners / Customers, ideally focused on Online business development


• Project management experience with experience working on multiple time-sensitive projects working with cross functional teams


• Excellent analytical skills and comfortable developing story lines and narratives from datasets/research.


• Self-starter, flexible and accustomed to ambiguous situations, motivated to learn in a fast-paced environment and comfortable working as part of a team of highly talented professionals.


• Proven track record of high productivity and meeting deadlines, being hands-on and willing to take responsibility.
